Cup Measurement & Size Chart
1. Measure your Overbust
Use a soft tape gently measure your fullest part of your bust (around nipple line), make sure the tape is not too tie or too loose, gently against your skin is the best, you need measure in 3 different angles : stand straight; 45°；90°; then add 3 number together and divide by 3.
2. Measure your Underbust
Stand straight and use the same soft tap measure directly below the bust, make sure the tape is right under your breast , is straight all the way around. You need measure 2 times (deep inhale and exhale), add 2 number together and divide by 2.
3. Cup Size
Formula: Overbust - Underbust
Example:
Your Overbust is：(89+91.5+92.5)/3=91cm
Your Underbust is: (70+73)/2=71.5cm

We will offer you a refund on any full priced products purchased from our Bra Shop online store at www.brashop.com.au (website) if you change your mind provided that you satisfy all of the conditions below.
Please note that we do not offer exchanges. We instead request that items which are to be exchanged are returned for a refund or a 110% online credit in your member account and then leaving you free to re-purchase from Bra Shop at your leisure, exclude ALL Entertainment Collections and Stockings will NOT BE RETURNED based on personal hygiene standards, please confirm with our friendly customer servers team about your size before purchase.
Conditions for return
Please ensure the item is:
- Returned within 14 days of the date of delivery*
- Proof of purchase must be provided when returning your goods.
- We are unable to accept returned garments which have been worn, washed, exposed to perfume / cosmetics or have had labels and tags removed and is not damaged, altered or misused in any way
- No exchange/refund on Sale/Clearance items unless the goods are deemed damaged or faulty at time of purchase.
- Original freight charges will not be refunded unless the goods are deemed damaged or faulty at time of purchase.

To ensure you will be eligible for an exchange or return, we recommend that you carefully try on your new pieces over undergarments to ensure the correct fit. In the event that your return does not meet any of the above terms, Bra Shop reserves the right to not approve your request for an exchange or return.
